What Does a Visit Cost?
We participate with most local insurance plans that provide coverage for chiropractic care. Some companies include Aetna, Blue Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Choice Medicare Advantage, Excellus BCBS, Medicare, United Healthcare, No-Fault, and Workers’ Compensation. Your financial responsibility for service is determined by your individual plan and the contracted rates developed by your insurance company.
For more information, you can contact the insurance companies’ member services line by phone. Our goal at Mack Chiropractic is to tell you what your payment is at the time of visit, but some insurances require us to submit the service before we can notify the patient of their responsibility.
Beginning January, 1st 2010, Mack Chiropractic is an Out-of-Network provider with MVP. You are still welcome to come in for treatment and many polices have Out-of-Network benefit coverage. We are happy to check your policy for those benefits and help to determine your financial responsibility. If you do not have insurance or do not have chiropractic coverage the office is able to provide a time of service discount for treatment. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.
Currently, Medicaid does not cover chiropractic services.
The Mercy Outreach Center has a clinic that provides chiropractic care for Medicaid recipients.
